What happens if the world of art matches with humanitarian willingness? Can artists give a real support to human rights and help create a better and more sustainable world? In other words, what happens when an artist engage with humanitarian commitment. Let’s see it with an interview with Mr Ignacio Gomez Urra, an International Singer, MasterClass Vocal Coach & Entrepreneur. Ignacio and his wife have a Foundation which works in 3 areas to make this world a better place for mankind: 1) Educational Projects; 2) worldwide Charity Concerts; 3) Giving Jobs to unemployment people. Mr. Ignazio has met us to explain what he is doing and how he can help us to achieve our objectives in the field of human rights and sustainability.

Question 1: Dear Ignacio and welcome. You are an artist but you also have a foundation gk international Charity Foundation and GK International Family Ministries that depends on your commercial business holding GK INTERNATLIONAL SERVICES. You also have recently been nominated Global Goodwill Ambassador. What pushed you into the field of human rights and social solidarity?

 

First of all, thank you dear Dario for your genuine interest in to my international art career. I’m very happy to give you this exclusive written interview for your wonderful association Long Term Economy.

 

About your first questions, since my childhood, I felt the call for contributing to the development of the mankind. I just feel every day a big desire to prepare the next generations for globalization. I recorded my first cd-album when I was 10 years old. So I understood early in life that as influencer I must have ‘told’ something aligned with our global times; I must have been active part of the new globalization to help all nations become one. Being a famous and public icon is a big responsibility that I try to turn into a positive social work. I want to open consciousness and make aware of the importance of being good citizens of the world.

 

I believe in one world, a world made of harmony and positive collaboration. I want to see all nations or almost all nations being balanced in basic things as food and education. We must live as one and then focus on other evaluative steps (as for example other planets). Or we one day will face our extinction as specie. Living forms will always find the way to evolve, but unique beauty as that of humans is something wonderful and worthy to be kept as long as possible over this earth.

 

 

 

 

 

Question 2: Again… You are an artist… Do you think your status as a well-known artist help you achieve your social and humanitarian purposes?

 

Yes, all my life I have already been Sharing ideas on brotherly moments with politicians, and entrepreneurs. Usually, I sing for private elite events, so I have the chance to share positive ideas for globalization and development of society. I believe and support a new world of harmony and sustainability for civilized people who want to live free and in wellness.

 

This may sound futuristic… but I guess Elon Reeve Musk is right: we must be in synergy here to go out there and conquer new worlds with our humanity. I believe our creator has developed uncountable places for us that are already waiting for us to be conquered and explored. But to make that come true, we must be just one world, one humanity and works perfect. Now what we perceive as life is the life of millions of cell being citizens of our own body. In the same way, I believe the world is the same bio mechanism and we are the living forms, ones we get connected all in harmony and focus on our mission of life, then we will co-exist in harmony and we will be ready for the next step as humanity.

 

 

 

 

 

Question 3: Now, tell us more about your Foundation. How does it work and how it can help us?

 

With GK FAMILY we have a call for making charity in order to support the world in certain specific topics. With my sweet wife we have a family Foundation and we try to make as much as we can for the world. Mainly we like to support projects in Chile, Russia and another places around the world. We love this world and we try to help as much as we can.

 

I am not yet a millionaire, but I am rich in knowledge and wisdom. It is not about how much is your net worth… we believe it is about how much you can do in a smart way with your net worth in order to leave a positive legacy for the future. We believe in our hands we can make real heaven on earth and we can shine from inside to bring light and wisdom to this world.

 

With GK Family International Charity Foundation, our Calling is based on 3 areas we make worldwide contributions.

 

1) Educational Projects: For children, teenagers and people may need education. Specially, we focus on teaching languages as English, Spanish, Russian and explaining the importance of languages as a tool for being a competitive and appositive element in a globalized world. One of the things we do is to collect founds to donate tablets in poor school. Tablet is a perfect low-budget powerful device for education. It’s important to understand that in just one tablet we can donate a full high level library to complement and empower any governmental educational project. I was inspired to make this after meeting a couple of years ago a wonderful technology philanthropist called Mr. Julian Arthy, who started giving tablet with educational programs and non-copyrighted book on countries without school as India, Africa, etc. For less than $100 in just one single tablet you can charge all the primary, secondary and university and solve very easy education on poor places of the world. By the way this is a big support for poor governments and poor schools. Also we do this with respect when we are invited to do, we don’t push and we don’t try to do this on places where they want to continue to be poor, we just help smart people that want to evolve and be better in order to be a real contribution for a globalized world. 2) Worldwide Charity Concerts to help people raise funds for foundations. We try to help volunteer people that works hard for mankind, and also we try to collect and supplies food, medicine and shelter. I do this because I feel responsible for my place in this world. I have gifts and talents to produce resources and I have light of wisdom to share this with worthy smart people around the world. I usually donate my professional concerts to worthy humanitarian causes and beneficial cultural causes. It is not my intention to be a super hero and is not my intention to change the world because it is impossible. I’m just trying to inspire smart people and worthy leaders to prepare us for the future, to give a little contribution for mankind, a smart brand new society that one day will live in harmony, to evolve and start the journey to conquer near stars to expand the surviving of our specie.

 

For example, I am very happy supporting cultural projects in the beautiful Russian Federation, because I feel a personal big admiration for the President and Prime Minister, Mr. Vladimir Vladímirovich Putin. For me he is a great leader of the world and a big example for his country. I saw with my own eyes how he work not stop 24/7 for his nation and his iconic example inspired my life to make my cultural contribution with his country and the world. https://youtu.be/YKZQcF629TY - When Putin was younger, he was a poor child, but then he worked hard and now he is father of a nation, so I strongly believe that it is not how the story of your life begins, it is how you evolve and improve to make your life a remarkable contribution for mankind in order of a better global society. Russia is full of a lot of smart romantic people who love cultural and charity projects, they just love to learn day by day, and they adore and appreciate the knowledge and wisdom, so I feel glad that smart people like them want to be better every day.

 

 

3) By Giving Jobs to unemployment people worldwide. I have several little businesses. I love to give freelance job to single mothers who need to take care of the baby at home, so I help them to work online from home. Nowadays, I have several small businesses related to technology, entertainment, booking, culture, education, art, music, worldwide music distribution, production, post production, video production, TV show development, studio recording, tours, management, business planning, etc.

They are all brands, so I give jobs to positive smart people from all over the world. After video meeting talking with them and understanding they are worthy people to work because they need to improve their life, I give them the chance to work as freelancers selling our products and services based on big commissions. I pay very well people making 30% to 50% percent commission for all of them.

 

I don’t believe in basic income, because I teach myself to make my own business in the way I can exponentially grow up and help partners to grow up without limit. Everyone that believe in this philosophy is always welcome to work and receive opportunity to be useful in life. I guess people stop to dream when they have something sure, everyday millions go to work and back home without any purpose in empty lives. The result is they don’t give a good quality in their jobs and they are now happy going to work. So, basically, every week about 10 people from all over the world ask me for a well-paid job opportunity, and, when they are qualified, I give them the blessing to be independent as partners and member of my net.

 

 

 

 

Question 4: Among your Foundation’s 3 main areas, we find ‘educational projects.’ Which kind of educational projects does you promote, where and on which criteria are they based?

 

Our educational project is focused on being a support for governments of the world in order to help children to grow up, responsible and as good citizen for globalization. We never try to be in our own way, we try to be a real support and a complement for official programs that already every country has. We are respectful to every government and we only provide help when they need us and they are happy to listen our suggestions. Personally, I love to support children with languages. I visit public and private schools, academies and universities to give them a masterclass of English or Spanish. I try to give them skills so that they can study a new language as a tool to be competitive in a wonderful globalized world of opportunities.

 

Every year I try to collect as much tablet as I can to give this tablets as gifts on poor schools and on private academies where they don’t have so much technology to work and study. Along this year with GK INTERNATIONAL CHARITY FOUNDATION, I want to develop a global project to help young girls from Central-America who usually don’t have money, to pay the full university career. This project is my new dream, ad a lot of girls in Central-America just grow up to be mothers and live in rural areas, and make a circle of life without so much expectations. With this project I’ll give to smart young people that really want to fight and study hard for a better life, to receive a complete scholarship for all the career.

 

 

Question 5: Are you alone in your mission or are you supported by your family? Do you have any projects for women empowerment?

 

Yes, I have the support of my wife and friends that also have foundations and consciousness for the mankind and philanthropy.

Well about woman empowerment I believe women always has been strong and smart. According to science women have the corpus callusum of the brain more developed than men, so according to this fact woman are multi task living forms. As biological machine women are over 3 times naturally smarter than men, so from this point of view, I guess women always has been better that us, naturally women what to protect life and men naturally want to fight and destroy, so there is also an important fact that behind a great man there is a great woman.

 

 

 

Question 6: So let’s suppose I am carrying out a project of social inclusion in Italy or in another country. In which way can you help me?

 

There are several ways I can help you. One is by helping you develop the strategical project as a book of multilevel steps. I have big experience helping entrepreneur in projects of millions of dollars that then produce sustainable jobs for people. Somehow, I feel a big admiration for all positive diplomatic things that Mr. Henry Alfred Kissinger has done for this world, so I would like to follow his remarkable example of wisdom to keep equilibrium and peace in the globalized world. I would also make a private concert to help you get found for your social project. Every real serious project takes time so I would take a couple of months to plan and then to make real the help in order to provide a real sustainable solution for people in Italy if you want me to help.

  

 

Question 7: Let’s now face the theme of sustainability. You know our organization is called Long Term Economy. We work in order to make human existence sustainable in a world that has its natural limits. Have you any projects to help environmentally sustainable initiatives? Do you have any educational framework for the environmentally conscious? If not, do you think you will in future engage with the theme of ecological sustainability (circular economy, energy efficiency, sustainable agriculture and so on)?

 

I strongly believe this is a wonderful topic. Old scriptures teach us… when God created us he did first the environment we can live in, so before he makes fish he creates the seas, in other words now we are gods of our own future. We must create in a wise way the next generations, making the green sustainable environment so only then we put there the next generations. I also believe that we must not fight with big corporations that already are on the top of the pyramid of our society (because they win the right to be in the top of the pyramid of economy after 3 or more generations of hard work. We must work with them to develop new technologies and new ways to move us little by little from toxic things that damage the environment to green technologies that produces live and energy for our planet.

 

So we must find the respectful way to explain them about how the smart susceptibility and green technology is good for all member so this planet, in order to design for example green cities with smart energy systems and smart distribution. Now big part of the plans of the global economy are based on oil and already plan of economy is developed in that direction with interesting numbers. To find the way to make our planet greener, we must develop a new micro and macro pacification in order to give them a better business plan with better numbers, that already can produce more resources and profits instead of what they already have. Everybody will be happy: business people will be happy and citizens and the planet will be green again. This is not so difficult to understand, but just take time to create real smart solution for micro and macro problems in order to have synergy as result.

 

 

 

 

 

Question 8: But yours is not just financial support…Is it? You spread your humanitarian willingness through your gift as an artist. How do you do that?

 

Well, as an artist, I have positive corporative mission, vision and values. According to these principals, I work in the way that everything I do must be a contribution for mankind in order of supporting a new age for the world, I dream of peace, harmony and love for the future generations. I work very hard to support culture and art, education, positive entertainment and Charity This world need inspiration and better professional people, better doctors and better citizens. I tell people practical examples, so that they can be the good example on their communities

 

On my Masterclass Vocal Coach seminars, I teach to artists from all music styles, I explain that they can be a positive impact on their cities and countries. They can be real icons and a real example in every city in every neighbourhood and in every country I just produce positive emotions and actions, I never attack the system, instead I always offer solutions to support the system and improve life quality of everybody.

 

 

 

 

My concerts are positive cultural entertainment shows. They are in balance and wisdom to be the point of union for the all members of the family. On my concerts I give to families a bright message and between every soon I explain the deep meaning of every lyric that I sing to make them appreciate like. For example, the famous song Besame Mucho, a famous song recorded by Lucho Gatica and Luis Miguel, and money others also is part of my show. All the world know this song but not so much people take a second to understand that the lyrics says kiss me a lot because I am a afraid to have you to day and then lose you forever. So I give people the message to appreciate family and friend because today we have them but tomorrow we don’t know.

 

Usually, to all my concerts comes grandmothers waiting to listen soft song life Ave Maria, but along my show between classical song, also I perform hard rock songs and power ballads usually these old ladies starts to dance, after the show the old ladies comes and kiss me and hugs me and set they fill young again by the energy of my performance. At the same time the young people and teenagers comes to listen rock songs, but I perform on my shows classical music, so they start to like and the prejudice about classical music disappear. Usually after my show the young people change their mind in a positive way about classical music and they tell me that they will start to appreciate opera arias to.

 

 

Question 9: More in general, do you think can artists play a major role in educating and drive people into sustainability, peace, economic equality and social solidarity. What do you suggest to your colleagues?

 

I believe fortune and fame without purpose is dangerous for people that might become bad example for society. Before your death, you can leave a legacy to people that will remember you for uncountable generations. Somehow, we are influencers and we must be a positive, a constructive iconic influence for the world to challenge them to be better citizen and produce an exponential change, step by step.We must bring light of wisdom and love, share hope and education with the world this is very important for the future generations. In the same way product and services are regulated to be good quality. Our music products and art expressions must produce a positive inspirational impact in people in order to create synergy and harmony to produce a real atmosphere and environment where we live in peace and happiness. If today would be the last day of your life? Ask yourself this is how I want to be remembered?
